Breathe. Watch your heart follow.
Yes — sessions run on Apple Watch, which reads your heart rate while you breathe. The iPhone app shows your history, coherence trend, and forest.
Check that Breathfall has Heart Rate permission: on iPhone, open Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Breathfall. Also make sure the watch sits snugly on your wrist — a loose band is the most common cause of missing readings.
A 0–100 measure of how closely your heart rhythm followed your breathing during the session. It usually improves with practice. If the sensor signal is too sparse, Breathfall shows no score rather than a made-up one.
The forest grows for night sessions (9pm–5am). Sessions at other times still count toward your history and coherence trend. And don't worry — the forest never withers.
Settings → Restore Purchases. The unlock is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple ID and supports Family Sharing.
Session data stays on-device and is excluded from backups by design. Before switching devices, export your data from Settings → Export data (JSON).
